  • Project Manager

The Project Manager will focus on the management of larger, multi-partner projects that FCT are engaged in, particularly those funded by Innovate UK. In these projects, FCT provides expertise in measuring and understanding agricultural greenhouse gas emissions. We also work to continuously improve the methodologies for measuring carbon and develop meaningful ways to communicate it, so we support good decision-making.

The Project Manager will be expected to possess a technical understanding of the subject matter combined with an excellent track record of managing projects. This includes budget and resource management, task prioritisation, risk management and quality control. In the role, they will work across both the Farm Carbon Calculator and Advisory teams, regularly interacting with staff, as well as our external project partners.

This is an exciting role within a dedicated team of advisors and experts, passionate about farming and how we can best support farmers to take real, practical steps in the transition towards a fair, just and nature-friendly decarbonisation of their carbon footprint.
